Print Workshop
Voluntary Action Swindon has a print workshop available to voluntary and community groups for printing newsletters, flyers, posters etc which are charged to members at cost price. Facilities include a laminator, colour/black and white photocopier, scan printer and booklet maker.
All charges can be seen on our price list.

Library
We also have a library which contains a range of publications covering all aspects of voluntary and community related matters.

Meeting room
In a central location in John Street, Voluntary Action Swindon has a meeting room available for hire. With a capacity of 12 - 15 people, room hire is charged for members at £5.00 per hour, £15 for half a day or £30 for a full day. Non-members will be charged double.

Equipment Hire
A range of equipment such as display boards, laptops, flip charts, digital camera, digital projector plus more are available to hire for a fixed fee of £5.00 per item.

Voluntary News
Voluntary Action Swindon produces and distributes a newsletter, Voluntary News, ten times per year giving information on both local and national matters relevant to the sector. It is also used as a tool for Voluntary Action Swindon to share news and activities with its members.
Voluntary News reaches over 500 individuals each issue. We can include your flyer or poster as an insert for a small fee (free to small voluntary and community groups with no income) contact us for more information.
